I can see by these photos that you have been working hard commander. Your back looks fit and healthy, nice curves on the Tri's from the rear too.

Your calf's are most definitely slicing their way outwards are as your Quads.

I like the effort mate, good luck of course; keep it up.

Here is a new trap shot, relaxed. Yes, I have lots of freckles and a big nasty mark too.

I was really hammering traps for the last 6 weeks, I took a before shot, but it didn't really look any different so I didn't post it. But I did get stronger.
