Hello, Let's get strong.
Hi everyone, I've been reading the site for a while and decided it was time to join. I'm a 24 year old Ph.D. student at Florida St. University and a competitive powerlifter. It's great to be here and I am looking forward to discussing and learning from everyone here. Thanks, and best of luck to everyone with their training as well.
